ReplyDeleteIf you have been waiting over 7days i would suggest repling to their customer services stressing your frustration at the length of time it took for a reply, hopefully they can apoligise for your inconvenience

Wrote that the parcel was sent. tracking number is not working so far. Money withdrawn from VISA. Try to have them know the status of a parcel, but no answer.

ReplyDeleteIf so try giving them a call, or perhaps email them again flagging your email as important and tell them you aren't happy with the time its taken to reply.

It was not a single letter. After this was sent to 4 more letters. Unanswered. I live in Belarus. Call problematic. But probably have to call.
